Marriage license: You'll need to obtain a marriage license from the Clark County Marriage Bureau, which is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight, including weekends and holidays. You'll both need to be present, provide valid photo identification (such as a driver's license or passport), and pay a fee (currently $102).
Waiting period: There is no waiting period in Nevada, so you can get your marriage license and get married on the same day.
Wedding ceremonies: There are numerous wedding venues in Las Vegas that offer wedding ceremonies. You can choose from a variety of options, including traditional religious ceremonies, Elvis-themed weddings, outdoor ceremonies, and more. You can also choose to have a friend or family member perform the ceremony if they are ordained online. We offer unique wedding locations all around Las Vegas, and the metro area.
